Blenderproject update, May 21st
At this point, safe to say that mostly this model will have materials instead of textures.
Starting to get the feel of active falloff modifiers.. Still feels odd, and I’d like it if the faloff travelled through connections and took that distance as ‘range’ instead of pure distance between verts. Oh well. Random pictures of work progress below:
As Said before, wanted to make something that relied on cabling. Thus.. some cable-grabbers (one not enough, three would make it too long. Or maybe not, we will see)
Instead, added more medium-level detail. Given the proportions, will probably leave it at that, the final render won’t be upclose to them, I think.
Naturally, solar panels are required. Naturally, they look nothing like actual solar panels. They still need the actual connection point, and I’m thinking a bunch of wires that supposedly would add that ‘bend’ to the frames.
